Camille Greer
Senior Director of Operations
For around 8 years Camille has worked in the progressive space helping nonprofits scale up, develop infrastructure, and sustainably pursue their mission. Most recently she worked at a St. Louis based racial justice movement building organization, WEPOWER, where she served as a member of the leadership team and stewarded the organization through significant growth and change, including the launch of 2 affiliated entities and a $1 million budget increase. Prior to this, she helped expand arts opportunities for BIPOC and underserved youth as the first administrative hire for Southern Word, the largest spoken word youth development organization in the Southeast. In her role, she doubled the number of students served through workshops and oversaw all programmatic, financial, and operational functions, empowering student poets to speak out about the issues closest to them such as mental health, gun violence, and racial injustice. Camille is passionate about creating the conditions for a more equitable society where all communities can thrive and believes addressing climate justice is a crucial factor in creating change. She has a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and is an alumni of the Education Pioneers Fellowship. Outside of work, Camille enjoys playing music, reading, and exploring the outdoors with her family.
