Beth brings 15 years of organizing experience in the student movement, in labor unions, on electoral and ballot initiative campaigns, and with civic engagement coalitions.She is a Program Officer, focusing on civic engagement and democracy, at the Tides Foundation, where she supports community organizing and voter engagement among BIPOC, young, and/or low-income people. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors of Better Future Project in Massachusetts. The climate crisis became more personal and urgent to her during Hurricane Harvey in 2017, when her parents’ house outside of Houston flooded.
