MA: Puppetmaking at Mr. Twister
Join us for Puppetmaking at Mr. Twister – your child can make a puppet to use during the performance of Mr. Twister. Children will be invited to use their puppets during the performance, so you can drop in to make a puppet anytime between 11:00 and Noon, when the 45 minute performance of Mr. Twister begins.
Both the Mr. Twister performance and puppetmaking will take place at the Rose Garden of the Arboretum, a short walk from the Forest Hill MBTA station (see the map below) or from the Main entrance at the Hunnewell Building.
Be sure to allow enough time to arrive and get settled before the performance starts at Noon. Families are welcome to bring blankets or low chairs for the performance. Seating will be arranged according to height. The event is wheelchair accessible.
In the event of rain, both the puppetmaking and the performance will move to the Hunnewell Visitor Center, with first-come admission due to space limitations.
