Kansas City: June Virtual Brunch
Join Mothers Out Front Kansas City for our monthly virtual brunch.
In June, we’ll discuss giving public comment at government meetings to advocate for climate. We want to know what you want to know about giving public comment, so bring questions, concerns, and your own experiences! We are building a metro-wide team of moms who are ready to speak up for our kids’ climate in the rooms where decisions are made.
We’ll also discuss a BIG victory in Johnson County in June, the ongoing effort to help Kansas City stand firm on its strong climate plan, and Kansas City, Missouri’s decision on whether to require new buildings to be energy efficient.
