“Beyond Plastics” founder and Obama-appointed EPA Regional Administrator Judith Enck will discuss the systemic causes of over 15 million metric tons of plastics entering our oceans each year. She will address why plastics pollution is a climate change issue and how the plastics industry spins the myth that we can recycle our way out of the problem. Judith will also discuss the environmental justice and health consequences of plastics.
